The CG50DL ultrasonic thickness gauge is an easy to use, versatile gauge, quickly calibrated on site by the user to give reliable, accurate thickness measurements on a wide variety of material substrates.
Taking 16 readings per second the high speed scan mode allows the user to quickly scan an area of material for defects or to identify its thinnest point, ideal for pipelines or large test surfaces.
The differential mode on the CG50DL handheld thickness gauge allows the user to select a nominal thickness value, the gauge will then display the positive or negative (±) difference from the nominal value entered.
The built-in minimal thickness alarm mode illuminates a red LED and an audible alarm sounds when a measurement falls below the user defined target value.
The CG50DL corrosion thickness gauge offers full data logging and stores up to 1,000 readings. Complete with free data management software, readings can be directly downloaded into spreadsheets using the RS232 dataport, for full analysis and reporting.
